The PROVESA Web admin panel provides comprehensive content management tools. This guide covers all major content types and how to manage them effectively.

Managing Hero Sliders

The hero slider appears at the top of your homepage and creates the first impression for visitors.

Adding a New Slide

Navigate to Sliders

Click Sliders in the left sidebar to access the slider management section.

Click New Slide

Click the “Nuevo Slide” button in the top right corner.

Upload Image

Drag and drop an image or click to select a file:
  • Recommended size: 1920×1080px
  • Formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Max size: 10MB

Configure Text Content

Fill in the slide text fields:
  • Título principal: Main text in white (e.g., “El pulso de la”)
  • Palabra destacada: Highlighted word with color (e.g., “distribución”)
  • Descripción corta: Supporting text below title (max 150 chars)
  • Etiqueta superior: Optional badge above title (e.g., “Solidez desde 2006”)

Configure Visual Settings

Set the visual appearance:
  • Posición del texto: Left, Center, or Right alignment
  • Color de la palabra: Yellow, Blue, Red, or White for highlighted text

Preview and Save

Review the live preview and click “Agregar Slide” to save.
Default slides are shown if no custom slides are configured. Add your first slide to replace the defaults.

Editing Existing Slides

To modify a slide:
  1. Locate the slide in the list
  2. Click the edit icon that appears on hover
  3. Update any fields in the expanded form
  4. Click “Guardar” to save changes

Slide Order and Management

Slides are numbered sequentially (#1, #2, #3, etc.) and display in that order on the public site.
To remove a slide:
  1. Hover over the slide in the list
  2. Click the delete icon (trash)
  3. Confirm deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Managing Products

Products showcase your main offerings with images, features, and categories.

Creating a New Product

Open Products Section

Navigate to Productos in the sidebar.

Click New Product

Click “Nuevo Producto” to open the creation form.

Add Basic Information

Enter product details:
  • Nombre del producto: Product name (e.g., “Arroz Premium Salguero”)
  • Descripción: Brief description (max 250 characters)

Upload Product Images

Add images to the carousel:
  • Click the ”+” icon to select images
  • Upload multiple images for a rotating gallery
  • Remove images by clicking the X on hover

Configure Design

Set visual preferences:
  • Posición imagen: Image on left or right of text
  • Color acento: Blue (primary) or Red (accent)
  • Tipo de detalle: Features or Categories display

Add Features or Categories

Depending on display type:Features Mode:
  • Add characteristic titles and descriptions
  • Click ”+ Agregar” for more features
Categories Mode:
  • Add numbered categories (01, 02, 03, etc.)
  • Include category name and description

Save Product

Click “Agregar Producto” to publish.

Product Display Types

Best for highlighting product characteristics:

Editing Products

To modify an existing product:
  1. Click the edit button next to the product
  2. Make changes in the expanded form
  3. Click “Guardar” to update
Default products (Arroz Premium and Abarrotes) display when no custom products are configured.
The footer contains company information and branch locations.

Updating Company Information

Navigate to Footer

Click Footer in the sidebar.

Edit Company Details

Update the following fields:
  • Descripción de la empresa: Company overview
  • Dirección: Main address
  • Email: Contact email
  • Teléfono Fijo: Landline number
  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp contact number

Save Changes

Click “Guardar Información” to update footer.

Managing Branch Locations

Add multiple branch locations:

Open Branch Form

Click “Agregar Sucursal” under the company info section.

Enter Branch Details

  • Nombre: Branch name (e.g., “Sucursal Norte”)
  • Dirección: Branch address

Save Branch

Click “Guardar Sucursal” to add to footer.
To remove a branch, click the delete icon next to it.

Managing About Us Content

The About Us section has two components:

Main Page Content

Update the primary “Nosotros” page:
  • Hero title and description
  • Main content sections
  • Company values and mission

Team Members

Add team members with:
  • Name and role
  • Profile photo
  • Bio or description
Update legal content for:

Privacy Policy

Terms of service and privacy policy content

Terms & Conditions

User agreement and legal terms

Cookie Policy

Cookie usage and consent information

Legal Notice

Legal notices and disclaimers

Managing Suggestions

Handle user feedback and suggestions from the contact form.

Viewing Suggestions

Navigate to Sugerencias

Click Sugerencias in the sidebar. Unread count shows in badge.

Filter Messages

Use filters to find specific suggestions:
  • Search bar: Search by name or message content
  • Status: Filter by All, New, or Read
  • Type: Filter by suggestion category

Mark as Read

Click the checkmark icon to mark a suggestion as read.

Delete if Needed

Click the trash icon to permanently delete a suggestion.

Configuring Suggestion Types

Customize the dropdown options users see:
  1. Scroll to “Configuración del Buzón”
  2. Add new option types by typing and clicking “Agregar”
  3. Remove options by clicking the X on the tag
  4. Click “Guardar Configuración” to save
Default options include:
  • Sugerencia de Servicio
  • Nuevo Producto Requerido
  • Reclamo
  • Felicitación

Site Configuration

Go to Configuración

Navigate to Configuración in the sidebar.

Upload New Logo

  • Click the upload area under “Nuevo Logo”
  • Select image file (PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG)
  • Max size: 2MB

Save Logo

Click “Guardar Logo” to update site-wide.
Use PNG or SVG format with transparent background for best results.

Content Best Practices

  1. Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading to improve load times
  2. Consistent Style: Maintain consistent tone and formatting across all content
  3. Mobile Preview: Consider how content appears on mobile devices
  4. Regular Updates: Keep content fresh and up-to-date
  5. SEO-Friendly: Use descriptive titles and clear language
